The PNEUCON Heavy Projects bag slitter is a versatile automatic bag emptying machine designed to automatically open bags, empty its contents and compact the empty bags in the continuous and dust-free handling of all types of single- or multi-layered bags.
Depending on the properties of the product and the condition of the bags, capacities up to 45 tons per hour can be obtained.The Automatic Bag Slitter consists of integral feed conveyor, self-aligning rotary knives, rigid slitting chamber with bin vent filter, waste bag separator & compactor and discharge hopper.
Bag handling capacity ranges from 50 to 800 bags per hour of 20 or 50Kg bags.
